This is half (at least the important part) of that shotgun suicide by Shuaiby. I wanted to upload this so people could see the context and what not.
The full version is 50 minutes and it's taking too long to compress so I can't do it.
Here's the transcript of what he's saying, and some aftermath from first responders:
there's one person
hehe of course! you just told me, fuck's sake! *sigh* - response to his friends saying "maybe we can act like the stream's not working"
no, that's enough talk, enough talk
is it live?
(can't tell) recording
alright *sigh* what do you guys want to talk about? I have maybe fifteen minutes, until they're home
*clears throat* gimme a second, let me *sigh* *he slips a note under the door with a key*
can you, can you, calm down (says girl's name who's talking to him)
(mumbling) alright, alright, I, I can hear you, I can hear you
okay, you guys hear me? *sigh* you guys ready?
can you guys hear me? can you guys hear me well? can you hear me?
*sigh* sounds low? how about now, jordan? can you hear me now? can you guys-? can you hear me now jordan?
still low? hmm, I don't know.
ookay, hey jordan, nice to (something)
*switches safety on shotgun I assume, as I hear a loud click to the left side of the screen*
alright jordan, you recording jordan?
anyone recording? (mumbles) see (mumbles)
*jumps off his bed* *comes back on bed with note reading : Bye R9K, 3/14/18
*folds note up, tosses to left side of screen off bed*
*he then shows the shotgun to the camera, pumps it once*
*shows that it's set to F for FIRE*
*sigh* dammnit (I assume, it sounds like that, as he places it to his head)
*he readjusts his position back closer to the wall*
*looks at the shotgun, pumps it again, I think a round falls out or he puts another one in, may have been
doing the first muzzle against his head to practice one more time*
*he inserts a red 12 gauge round into the tube*
*mumbles, might be "hello" or "oh well"*
alright, bye guys *waves*
*places the muzzle against his right side of his forehead*
*he breathes heavily*
*he looks down at the camera because his one friend on call says "he couldn't seem to get it to work again"
meaning, the stream*
*he places his thumb on the trigger and fires, the shotgun flies back and hits the floor, his hat goes
backwards and to the left as it hits the tarp, his brain and skull fragments hit the wall behind him and they're
red and dark red, as well as against the white ceiling, the camera focuses when the tarp behind him falls down
if you go frame by frame pretty much the top half of his head was gone, his skin from his nose and jaw falls
forwards as his body falls with a thud to his bed, he was dead instantly*
no more noises are heard from shauiby afterwards, his mother comes in screaming with the note he put under
the door reading "i am dead inside, don't let the kids see" something along those lines, with a key.
she calls the police soon after and cries frantically, the paramedics come in later and describe a terrible smell
either shuaiby's bowels released or his brains drying out on the wall, they don't describe the smell
the conversation went like "oh you smell that dude?" "oh god"

Teenager Wesley Tiago de Sousa Carvalho, was killed by a group of at least five young men with ax blows and other sharp objects, in addition to stones. According to the Civil Police of the State of Ceará, the crime took place on December 30 (2018 case), in the Praia do Futuro neighborhood, in Fortaleza (CE).
In addition to the images, a message circulates that the crime would have been promoted by the Ceará criminal faction GDE (Guardians of the State).
The SSPDS-CE (Ceará State Public Security and Social Defense Secretariat) said that the case is being investigated by the Civil Police's Homicide and Protection Division (DHPP). At first, the police just ruled out the possibility that the crime was motivated by prejudice or gender discrimination.
Questioned by the report about the possibility that the crime was motivated by conflict between rival factions, the portfolio did not return.

On Monday, January 12, 1998, near the end of his shift, Deputy Kyle Dinkheller of the Laurens County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) in the U.S. state of Georgia, pulled over motorist Andrew Howard Brannan, for speeding.
A verbal confrontation escalated to a shootout resulting in Brannan murdering the Deputy. Dinkheller's murder continues to get national attention (e.g., training in police academies) because the stop and shootout were captured on a personal video recorder Deputy Dinkheller had placed on his patrol car dashboard and activated when he stopped Brannan.
In the shootout Dinkheller was armed with his semi-automatic service handgun, Brannan had an M1 Carbine rifle. Dinkheller shot and wounded Brannan. Despite this, Brannan fired the rifle, reloaded it, fired a lethal shot into Dinkheller's eye, and fled the scene in his Toyota truck.
The next morning police found Brannan still in Laurens County, Georgia, hiding in a sleeping bag beneath a camouflage tarp.
Police arrested Brannan for the murder of Deputy Kyle Dinkheller.
Brannan pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, claiming in part that he suffered from PTSD stemming from his military service in Vietnam.
Because Deputy Dinkheller's video recorded most of Brannan's actions, the jury found he murdered Dinkheller in a premeditated, torturous, and cruel manner.
Two years following the murder, on January 28, 2000, the jury found Brannan guilty of murder. On January 30, 2000, Brannan was sentenced to death. Fifteen years later, on January 13, 2015, the state of Georgia executed Brannan by lethal injection.
Dinkheller encountered a speeding Toyota pickup truck near Dudley, Georgia, which he clocked at around 98 miles per hour (158 km/h). The deputy pulled the truck over on Whipple Crossing Road, adjacent to Interstate 16. The traffic stop at first appeared to be routine with both the deputy and Brannan exiting their vehicles and exchanging greetings. Brannan, however, placed both hands into his pockets at which point Dinkheller instructed him to remove his hands and keep them in plain view.
At this point, Brannan became belligerent and yelled at the deputy to shoot him. He then began to dance and wave his arms in the middle of the road. Dinkheller radioed dispatch for assistance and issued commands for Brannan to cease his behavior and approach the cruiser.
When Brannan saw that the deputy was calling for other units, he ran toward the deputy in an aggressive manner. Dinkheller retreated while issuing commands and utilized his baton to keep Brannan at bay.
On Dinkheller's dashcam video, Brannan was heard shouting that he was a "Vietnam combat veteran". Both Dinkheller and Brannan are heard saying, "I'm in fear for my life."
Despite commands issued by Dinkheller, Brannan walked back to his pickup truck and drew an M1 carbine from underneath the driver's seat, taking cover near the driver side door.
Dinkheller positioned himself near the passenger door of his cruiser and gave Brannan commands for approximately 40 seconds before Brannan stepped away from his pickup truck, pointing his M1 carbine at Dinkheller.
Dinkheller fired a shot at Brannan but missed.
After the first shot, Brannan returned fire and a barrage of gunfire was heard. Dinkheller did not strike the suspect initially and thus was forced to reload.
At this point, Brannan ran from his pickup truck toward the deputy and began to fire, hitting Dinkheller in exposed areas such as the arms and legs.
Brannan then began to reload his weapon as the now injured Dinkheller tried to position himself near the driver side door of his cruiser. Another shot from Dinkheller was heard.
Brannan began advance firing at the deputy, hitting him numerous times. Before being disabled from gunfire, Dinkheller was able to inflict a gunshot wound to the stomach of Brannan.
Dinkheller had been shot nine times and had likely lost consciousness when Brannan took careful aim, said, "Die fucker," and fired a final fatal shot into Dinkheller's right eye.
Brannan then retreated into his pickup truck and fled the scene.
Brannan was arrested the next morning without incident; he told the investigating authorities that "they can hang me".
Brannan was found guilty on January 28, 2000, for the murder of Dinkheller and was sentenced to death. On January 2, 2015, The Georgia Department of Corrections announced that an execution date of January 13 had been set for Brannan.
On January 6, 2015, a clemency hearing was set for January 12, 2015. At the hearing, the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles voted to deny clemency.
On January 13, 2015, Brannan was executed by lethal injection, the first person in the U.S. to be executed in 2015.
The video is reportedly used throughout the United States in police training academies.
Kyle Wayne Dinkheller was a deputy with the Laurens County Sheriff's Office in the U.S. state of Georgia. After his death, he was named the 1998 Deputy Sheriff of the Year by the Georgia Sheriffs' Association.
Dinkheller was born on June 18, 1975. He graduated from California's Quartz Hill High School in 1993. He joined the Lauren's County Sheriff's Office as a jailer in March 1995 and became a certified peace officer with the State of Georgia in 1996.
He was just 22 years old when he was murdered.
Deputy Sheriff Dinkheller was survived by his wife, Angela, and their children Ashley and Cody. Cody Dinkheller was born eight months after his father's death.
Kyle Dinkheller is buried in Space 3, Lot 18 in the Garden of Remembrance at Fountainhead Memorial Park in Brevard County, Florida.

ISIS has released a video appearing to show their fighters ambushing and killing four US soldiers in Niger.
The 9 minute, 15 second video ( nearly 2 minutes cut off ) appears to be shot from multiple helmet cams on the US soldiers who died in on October 4 in Tongo Tongo, Niger in an ambush by 50 ISIS militants.
The video reveals heartbreaking details about the courageous last moments of the four soldiers, although it is edited with multiple cuts that make the full context of the firefight unclear.
The attack raised questions about the US military's role in Niger, where about 800 US military personnel are stationed to train local forces and operate drones.
It also sparked a furious dispute between President Donald Trump and a Democratic congresswoman from Florida who claimed he slighted the family of one of the soldiers.
The ambush occurred as a unit of 12 American special forces soldiers and 30 Nigerien troops returned from the village near the border with Mali, where they had been hunting for a senior Islamic State member.
Killed were Staff Sergeant Bryan Black, 35; Staff Sergeant Jeremiah Johnson, 39; Sergeant La David Johnson, 25; and Staff Sergeant Dustin Wright, 29.
The helmet cam portion of the video begins with the Americans pinned down under gunfire next to a tactical truck and a Toyota Landcruiser.
Together with a few Nigerien allies, the US soldiers move with each vehicle toward colored smoke grenades that have been deployed for cover and to alert air support.
It would be two hours later until French jets arrived to provide air support.
Soldiers walk next to each vehicle, laying down suppressive fire as the vehicles roll over the desert scrub.
After a cut, it appears that the Nigerien support personnel and tactical vehicle are gone, and three US soldiers are making a final stand by the Landcruiser.
The driver of the Landcruiser steers it from a prone position, with his legs sticking out the passenger side door, as two other soldiers move along side firing at the enemy.
One of the US soldiers walking by the Landcrusier crumples to the ground in the chaos. He appears dead.
The soldier wearing the helmet cam, who appears to be La David Johnson, checks the body. The driver of the Landcruiser jumps out and helps Johnson drag the downed soldier to cover.
A firefight ensues. Automatic weapons fire from multiple directions is heard.
Johnson crouches by the rear of the Landcruiser, the ground around him covered in shell casings. The other soldier crouches by the hood of the vehicle.
Johnson checks his weapon and gestures to the soldier by the hood. He appears to be out of ammunition.
He and the other soldier spring up from behind the Landcruiser and run for it.
The two soldiers sprint for some time within sight of each other. Bullets kick up puffs of dirt around the two men as they run. Gunfire is everywhere.
Johnson, wearing the helmet cam, screams and falls to the ground. The agonizing screams continue as he struggles to rise and falls back to the hard-packed dirt.
Blood pools next to Johnson as he lies on the ground. His breathing is quick and shallow.
Large-caliber machine gun fire rips through Johnson as he lies on the ground, blowing his watch off his wrist. The broken watch strap lies in the dust.
Three masked militants stride around Johnson armed with AK-47s. Gunfire rips through his body again. Blood pours onto the dirt in front of his face. The camera cuts off.
Additional video shot by the militants shows the bodies of two of the other US soldiers.
What appear to be the bodies of Wright and Jeremiah Johnson lie near each other.
Both men have been stripped of their helmets, body armor and boots. They have severe injuries to their faces and necks and blood pools around their heads.
There are indications of post-mortem mutilation to both bodies.
After the video's release, an online channel associated with ISIS encouraged would-be lone wolves to draw inspiration from it and attack citizens of 'Crusader coalition countries.
